Hi everyone. I'm new here and I'm all ears for advice. I'm starting on some Tren today and never done a cycle before. I don't want to go crazy like some of you youngsters but do need a boost to get the rest of my lovehandles gone and a slight belly.

Welcome...
[QUOTE=bignate200;5974836] I'm starting on some Tren today and never done a cycle before.
Welcome. in my opinion Tren is way to much for a 1st cycle.
Bignate,
I am 56 and joined here about 18 months ago doing the same thing as you except I had already started my Tren cycle. Fortunately I listened and stopped it after joining here and finding out that Tren will cause the total shutdown of your own bodies production of Testosterone and will make recovery very difficult.
Take a few weeks to read on things like diet and cardio then after you have become familiar with all that move on to the steroids section and read read read on the effects of steroids on the body and the need to have PCT chemicals in hand before starting any cycle, by this time you will know a lot more on how to start this process with as little risk to your body and the HPTA system as possible.
By the way in my case I joined here at 54 at 6.1 and 236 at around 35% bodyfat with 13.25 inch arms. I am now 56 and sitting at 195 with 15.75 arms and probably (getting it measured next week) 13% bodyfat. No Mr O by any means :-) but doing really well for someone over 45.
Welcome aboard and enjoy your stay.
Welcome and hope you find what your looking for, good luck.
Welcome.
Welcome, I was over 50 when I did my first cycle. Do NOT use Tren! Testosterone is all you need to begin. Find out how you react, read and learn more. Would you use a Ferrari for you first ever Go cart race? Good luck.
welcome!
Welcome, If you are open for advice-Stop the tren immediately. Read over some of the threads at the top of each section. Start to learn to train, eat and cycle properly, as it seems you need a little help to be in the right direction.
Welcome. Age is all relative my friend. Stay positive and learn. Best to you
Welcome.
Welcome to the forum!
Welcome to the forum. Lots of guys in their 40s here...including me.
I would stay away from the Tren for now. You might want to stay away from everything while you do some reading. You will find much of the basics in the stickies at the top of every section.
You will have a better chance of accomplishing your goals and minimizing risks with a little knowledge.
