He's the president and the executive branch of our government, nothing will happen ..ever. No president will ever sit a day in jail. Not to mention he has the power of executive orders which are written in law as he writes them and pardons which are also written in law.

What is a Rag Mag? He might have pissed them off, but I really do see what they are going to do. The states cannot rebel against federal mandate. They tried it here in california with Medical Marajauana shops by passing state law...guess what they are all shut down now.

Yeah, but the federal government is not allowed to break the law in their mandates. I hope they prosecute Obama. They should also prosecute Clinton, G.W. Bush and Cheyney.

Rag is Paper that is Throw Away...hence the name Rag.

Yeah....Med.Mary Jane....they were trying to cut into the CIA profits,...and that agency is well connected. They won't let you compete against the CIA...too much money at stake.

True until the government figures out how much money they really can make selling MJ legally. Last study found they would make at least 2x what they originally though so now they are considering making it legal a lot more than before. It's all about $$$ and I'm sure the CIA will still get financed in the long run especially once they negotiate to get part of the tax/income from it.

The government already makes tons of money off those dispensaries. The dispensaries still pay state and federal taxes. They even often provide 401k and insurance to their employees. The government really only occasionally (so they look like they're fighting the war on drugs) takes a dispensary out. The dispensaries' biggest threat really is people in their local community not wanting them holding shop in their part of town. Dispensaries are hot spots for robberies. They have a lot of product with street value and tons of currency on hand. Just by opening shop in town, that means you need extra police just to keep it safe.
