    20% bf and i dont want gyno

    20-23%bf 200lbs 28 years old going to start my first cycle in a couple weeks. Working hard to loose some bf before cycle and I'm open to suggestions from yal on preventing gyno threw my cycle. I'm going for mass. Will be trying cut after cycle unless I don't get to fat
    Weeks 1-6 dbol 40mgs ed
    Weeks 1-12 test cyp 250-500mgs ew
    Pct nova in a tampering fashion two weeks after last pin

    Bro you cant bulk if your fat already.You will only make it worse.Plus common sense says dont cycle yet!!!!

    Even 15% was a bit high, I should of waited until I got to like 13% or so.

    I was just too anxious and wanted to start the cycle right when I hit under 15% and had all the gear on hand.

    Now, I am creeping to 20% since I'm eating dirty at times to keep up with the protein and calorie count.

    You will be a lot happier cycling with less fat on, for sure.

    Yea man hit your macros eat at maintenance and some cardio befire cycling. Youll lose bf and gain strength. Hell at your bf you could go on a fairly large deficit and at least maintain syrength while losin bf. If thats you in your avi it looks like you follow the seefood diet. Not trying to.be rude at all but i was in the same boat as you.if not worse not too long ago

    I've lost 20 lbs recently and I'm doin plenty of cardio. It took me seven years on the see food diet to get this but I carry it well my stomach was relaxed in that shot but still need to loose some bf
