    Need good food routine

    Age : 20
    Weight : 81.4kg
    Height : 5' 6.5. 1.69cm
    Bmi : 28.5
    Body fat :17.6%
    Body fat mass : 14.3kg

    I am getting back into the gym but need help with a gym routine and a diet plan that will be good help.

    I am aiming to get bigger but more defined, lose the belly and fat in the process

    Whatsup man and welcome.

    I suggest you check out all the stickies at the top and find one that best matches your goals. After you gather some information you can post a diet with all your macros and we can take a look at it for you. There's some very knowledgeable individuals on here that are more willing to help.

    Yes there are some great people on here that are tremendous help! Unfortunatly they are all stressed out from trying to staighten my AAS out
