I all I am going to use Ripped 200 it's a mix of then winstrol and primo
I'm going to do 3 ml a week for 6/7 weeks. Looking at lean gains but what do people think of diet for this? I'm 6'4 12% bf and experienced trainer. I usually do quite a low carb dirt this still ok to do or should i up the carbs? Also. With cardio I tend to something each day 20mins interval based or steady on verso limber or cross trainer. Thoughts should I stop and just do compound weights and circuits? Want to make best use of cycle for hard dense results that last!!!
