    Shirts that fit...

How can I find shirts that fit correctly? If I buy a large the torso fits and the chest is too tight. XL and the chest might fit but waist looks like a dress. Is there a term I am missing or what? Tried tapered, athletic. etc.. Once and a while I luck into a good fitting shirt but sure would be nice to get t-shirts etc. that fit correctly.

I guess there is not much of a market? How hard is it to rip the seams on the side and taper it down? Might have to befriend a good seamstress, learn her language and see what happens.

Mainly quality t-shirts and office casual. Big fan of the new polyester weaves but not much stretch.

I'm not huge by any means. Every once and a while you stumble into a shirt that fits right and then everything else looks ridiculous... Will check out diesel and look for a tailor. Couldn't be that hard I might even experiment modifying some t-shirts myself!

Cool I will check it out. Gixxer (GSXR?) I guess you know how good leathers fit. They make tube leathers for the Harley guys and tapered for the track guys. Hotbodz is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks.

Once you find a design that fits, simply buy at least 2-3 pieces of every colour available. That should last you a while. Till you find another brand that fits.

i dont have a size problem for business shirts, but i have very specific preference regarding collar stiffness and material. so once i find something i like, i would buy like 2 pieces of whites, 2 greys, 2 light blues, 2 dark blues. and that would fill up my wardrobe for the next year or so.. shopping done for the year.

yeah, my dress shirts suck. 18" neck and the torso could shelter a 400lb fatass.

thinking of tossing all my dress shirts and starting over the right way this time

harley shirts @ large seem to fit nicely, but i always have to eyeball the arm holes... smaller the better
