What type of diuretic is it? im not exactly sure but the active life on something like that is only a few hours. You should look into what is making you hokd water for a real fix. You take something like a lasix and.youll pee like a racehorse and cramp up of you dont takr water in. If you take too much it can throw off your electrlytes

its diurex max is the name of it it says take one in am w glass of water and one more in evening ts also caffeine free it also states taking 5 days prior too lose excess water the water is from the test im sure im on test cyp and tren ace at the moment
