    Iron Pumping & Cutting

    I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs right now and was wondering if it is more beneficial to weight train as well as cardio; or just do a lot of cardio without weight training... Which method is the best for cutting fat while maintaining muscle on a low calorie diet?

    And would you cut back on the weight training at all, lessen the amount of sets etc... or would you just give it like you were bulking?

    I would train as intense as always. The best way to eliminate bodyfat is with a good diet/cardio and to carry as much muscle as possible.

    Lift weights as if you want to bulk.

    Do cardio as if you want to cut and shred.

    Like FireGuy said, do both and give your best while doing it.
