    pec lift

My chest is getting bigger but when I sit I feel like my pecs might be dropping a bit and a line is forming underneath...would more incline or decline give me the lift i need so they don't sag from getting bigger?

Just get a bra. LOL A line underneath sound good.... Shows definition.

Decline dumbbell bench helps with the bottom of the chest as well as dips or press down.

Yeah I like decline but I do barbell as I usually lift alone and don't feel comfortable lying back with the dumbells, we dont have specific decline benches with grips so you have to put steps under legs of a bench and feels like I'm going to tumbel backwards with the dumbells haha

But I feel decline has built my chest more than any other exercise and completely changed the asthetics of my chest in last 6months or so that I have been doing it

That line is what most people are looking for, and if its muscle it shouldn't "sag". anyways Decline and Dips focus on lower chest Incline focus on upper chest.

ha, that's funny because I do the exact same thing. The place I'm working out now is OLD school, I mean 30+ years old equipment. Not even a decent cable cross over machine. Trust me, after doing it a few times you learn to lock yourself in place and it feels fine.

I find that two decent weight dumbells on the step wedged in the end of the bench that I can lock my heels under the handle of them (if that makes sense) works for the barbell but still not confident enough to lie back with my bodyweight in dumbells on my chest lol

This gym isn't bad its only missing them benches and some handle for barbell or machine to do t-bars apart from that its fine

What angle decline do you use now that I think of it? I never really examined mine but I reckon its somewhere between 20-30 degree

Mabey its just like that first bungee jump, as you look down and think about it, it seems alien and your head tells you it not a good idea but once you do it your fine the next time

Fvck it I'll give it a go next time I'm doing chest, if I tumble backwards off the bench I'll ask them for the security cam footage and post it up for the laugh haha

No not really, not the 2nd time but since I didnt have any choice it got easier and felt more comfortable after about the 4th time and now feels fine. Just keep the first few times really light, about 1/2 what you would normally do just to get a feel for it.

The other thing I use is a decline bench used for leg extension.

With the leg extension on the end of the bench? yeah I am thinking that it would give a increased ROM?

    We have 2 machines

Roughly what angle you use for decline press db press as a matter of interest?

Well what you BF %? Doing more incline or decline wont help because muscle cant keep them self up...its most likely genetic and if your chest is getting that big then Im guessing your a massive dude?

Only thing that is going to lift it is keeping your body fat down. I have straight up titties and sick of it, but i'm 20% ish bf, trying to lose it.

I never got any real results with chest until I started making the pecs do the work. At the peak of the exercise your pecs should be flexed out and cleavaging, such as on hammerstrength. If you arent making the pecs do the work, chances are your triceps and front shoulders are doing the work. Just my experience
