    Testosteron Depo(enanthate)

    Hi guys,i am on a cycle right now,dianabol with testosterone enanthate(1-4 week dianabol 30mg,1-12 week 500mg test enanthate,25mg proviron ED before sleep).I did got 11-12 pounds bi now and i think it was only because of dbol cause since i am only on test i did get minor weight 1-1,5 pounds/week.I ve noticed that my body fat did go down,but the strenght is the same as i ve the discounted Dbol and the mass is lacking! Why is that?today i will aply the 11 shot of test,did i aspect too much since i heard the mass and strength will be great while on this stuff?Thx

    test only increases protein synthesis. It can't add mass if you are not eating enough.

    I eat a lot,every two hours resulting in 7 meals per day.I take a protein shake(gainer) in the morning,then eat a meal(beef,horse,chicken or fish-200g with potato or rice),then folows a protein shake(gainer+animal pak),after that two hours before training 160g of tuna with 100g of integral pasta,after training immediatly a shake(gainer),then granular cheese with integral bread,two hours after that before i go to sleep i drink a protein shake that has extended release(two scoops of Elite XT Dymatize).I eat like this every day!So could it be something wrong with my diet that the gains an strength are lacking?

    you mean strenght is the same since you stopped dbol or your lifts have dropped back to what they were pre cycle?

    Alistair Overeem credits "horse meat" to his massive 73lbs of ripped he gained while in professional kickboxing. That's probably why he only competes in Japan*, I hear they have fantastic horse there!

    * - Minus his last fight in UFC where he was busted for elevated testosterone lvls :P

    All joking aside though I heard Horse meat is better than chicken! Hard to get though, I know a deli in Toronto, Canada has it!

    Yes,you heard it right!Horse meat is far better than any kind of meat ive tried,beef and chicken are good but horse rocks!Try it you will not regret,and it is the best source of proteins!According to my calculations the daily intake is roughly 250g of proteins and 350-400g of carbs.

    It is the same as when i did stop using dbol.Do you think that it needs more time to produce notable results concerning mass and strength?
