Chicken breast in a pressure cooker, cook time n recipes please

Hey guys I just picked up a 6qt pressure cooker and am looking to cook 5 - 6lbs of boneless/skinless chicken breasts. How long do you guys cook it for?

Havin a hard time finding a cook time for breasts, most recipes I have found are whole chicken or bone-in and the ones that have chicken breasts don't use near as much.

I came across a post on another board saying 22-25min, but not sure if this is accurate.

Any good recipes would be appreciated too.

Just give it a go and aim on the lower side of the cook times. That way if it's not done you can finish it off in the oven and adjust accordingly the next time round. I've only ever had whole chickens out of a pressure cooker and that was years ago, but I do remember it falling off the bone with no effort.

Make sure you cook the chicken to an internal cooking temperature of 165F.

Graduated from natural gourmet cookery institute in NY was a chef in a health spa for 2 yrs. chicken breast in a slow cooker: on low 6-8 hrs on high 3-4
Try 4 tbs broth, 1 sage leaf, dash paprika, onion and celery. 1/2 garlic clove and salt oOptional

Chicken breast in pan can coat with: sesame seeds and poppy seeds mix together with a dash of cumin, salt and pepper optional dip one side of breast in mixture can sear in dry pan or Pam coated frying pan 3 minutes on high then flip lower flame and cover macros with 8 oz chick breast

Hey bro, haven't tried it yet.. have not found a solid cooktime n never used a pressure cooker before so not sure even a ballpark time. I've seen recipes for chicken qoute anywhere from 3 - 25 min and none of them are for the amount of chicken breast we cook. It's kind of a pain in the ass to experiment with too since I can't see through the lid n to check the temp you have to relieve the pressure and if it's not done, go through the pressure building process again. I'll give it a shot sometime here soon though.

For now I usually bake my chicken in marinade or grill it n it comes out great.
