    Exclamation My Current Diet, Critique my Bulk/Cut

    So this is my usual daily (Some things are always different, such as grilled cheese in the morning where sometimes its a bowl of cereal, or whatever. Also obviously a few calories aren't in here like a cup of milk here, or there, whatever it be but this is mostly it.) eating plan that I eat while I am currently bulking with my BMR of 3129;

    Also,
    Height 6 feet 1'
    Age 16
    Weight 190
    Training goal to build muscle mass.
    Train 4 times a week

    Now my BF rating is 16% (apprx) and my BMR is 3129 Calories a day, working out 4 times a week, with a 4 day split , with this said what do I need to do with my current diet? Should I add another protein shake? Is it way to much fat? I am confused if my diet is correct and that worries me as I know diet is one of the top things. I feel on the weekends though my meals get extremely out of wack and I don't usually eat well. Will this seriously effect me?

    Anyways I have been using that for a while and have had alright strength gains but summer is coming around and I am wondering if it is time to cut. If I decide to cut, will I loose my strength and will I continue to make strength gains? Also if yes, what would I need to take out of my diet to cut? Thanks for the advice

    If someone could answer all these questions it would be seriously helpfull! Thanks, Ryan!

    you need to make better food choices.
    get rid of all your bread
    carbs should be only from brown rice, yams, oats, and vegetables.

    read the stickies in this section and they will tell you everything you need to know

    Your breakfast is grilled cheese? And it has no protein?

    Honestly I would scrap the whole thing. Your food choices and macro's are awful. Read the cutting 101 sticky and come back to us with a revised diet.

    #1 scrap that whole plan for either choice...... ahhhh i dunno where to start..... i dont see anything good in there besides the chicken breast.

    tell me your first question and most important as we can start there..

    at 16%bf i would want to cut down to at least 12% if not 10% before considering a bulk.. and i second that on ur food choices.. meal 1 and 2 are terrible and i didnt read much further.. with 3000cal tdee i suggest cutting @ 2100cals... get ur bf down then consider a bulk..
