Would anyone recommend what a (if there is such a thing) safe dosage of HGH to stay on permanently and a recommended regiment if I were to try and put on mass? I am purchasing and want to be able to gauge the monthly amount needed. I am 185, 5"10", 8%, 2300 cal per day and 32 years old. If it is "The Fountain of Youth" as there are many claims; I want in. Thanks!
