    Lightbulb Advice for newbie??

Hello everyone thanks for clicking onto my thread. I hoping to get some knowledge from this post.

first of all lets start with my history. I am 22 now and when I was 18 I had surgery on my spine for scoliosis. I would like to build those muscles back up.
what I really want to get out of this is beginning results. I would like to start getting bigger. I'm about 5'9 155 lbs, I work most of the day but i do have some free time to go to the gym, work on cardio etc.. I would like to get bigger not so much worried about being cut. Id there anything in the beginning I should start with. A friend of mine was telling me he would do dianabol 100%test & nandrolone. Anyone have anything to say about that. Again I am a newbie so I don't know what those do. I was also told to use injection becasue orla will mess with my liver.

This post will probably be edited as I start to learn more.

    Thanks

Welcome. I'm gonna say everyone on here will tell you to wait a few more years before juicing. And I'd have to agree with them all.

Well I'm by far no expert on the matter, but doing it at too young of an age can cause serious consequences that can last a long time or forever. Look around a while on here and you'll find a ton of great information and advice that you should take to heart. Proper diet, rest, and training will do wonders for you.

what do you eat on a day to day basis? this is what makes you grow, steroids do fvckall if your diet is poor

and your mate hasnt a clue what he is talking about, what is 100% test? first ive ever heard of it, and his cycle advise is poor for a beginner

I personally have no motivation to go to the gym by myself. I have done it in the past and didnt see results and I feel through with it. my friend has never done it before either. this is why I came to a forum for advice. right now my diet is shit. I have the money for a good diet such as chicken or steak. Advice on that would be great also.

Plus I don't think its just that simple to "do it for a little til you see results then stop". But like I said, I've got a lot to learn myself, that's why I'm here. And it should be why you're here. Do some research.

Hey man, i'm lighter than you with training experience and a good diet, i'm considering steroids also but from reading on here ive realised i should hold off for a bit til im ready.

The first steps for you shoukd be to get rid of any steroids idea until youre older and have a fully developed endocrine system and simply get over to the nutrition section and read through all the diet stickies particularly paying attention to what tdee etc is. This will help you eat to gain weight.

You then must check out the workout section and get advice on a good beginner workout. Good nutrition and a decent workout will provide great newbie gains. Consider steroids in a few years time. Best of luck bro.

then eat right and go to the gym. you dont even work out at all now. But you think its going to be necessary to take 3 different steroids to see results? Does even make sense if you think about it?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I'm not even sure if i'm reading this properly but are you actually planning to take steroids and continue not to work out? Ut almost seems like you dont want to workout?

I'm inclined to agree with gonnagethuge, rather than listen to advice on what steroids you should or shouldn't be doing, take some time to research a good workout program you are happy with so will stick to it & look for a high protein diet to & add some protein shakes to your daily routine. This will help you bigtime until you are ready to start a sensible course of steroids. You may even realise you don't need them after all.

Put on 30-40 lbs naturally with diet and hardcore training. At 5-9 you could be a beast. How many days are you training? How long are you training? How many meals are you eating a day ? How many calories? What is your training split look like?

Tdee. Bmr etc etc. Before trawling in. Please. Just read up on what you can already do. I'm not gonna make opinions. Your life. But here's a useful spreadsheet to work maintenance. Gain. Loss etc.

    http://interzone.kicks-ass.net/Calculating_calories.xls

I've gone from 15stone2 to 16 stone in about 3 weeks. Had week n half off from injury to my back. I don't take nothing but I eat like he'll. Lowering carbs through the day. Go gym 5 times a week up to hour n half to two hour sessions. If you can't workout on your own. You simply don't want to workout. Shit. People don't like working out with me because I really REALLY train hard. I'm talking pouring with sweat on each set. Not half way through the workout. Not at the end. You gotta eat n hit that gym like the world depended on it mate.

    Hope the sheet helps.
