    What do you think of this for pre and post workout

    175g sweet Potatoes calories 161, Carbs 36.75g, Protein 2.1g, Fat 0.52

    Tuna chunks 195g (ONE AND A HALF TINS) Drained: Calories 184, Protein 43.87g Carbs 0g Fat 0.97g

    4 eggs whites Calories 84 Crabs 0g, Protein 20g, Fat 0g

    Flaxseed Oil 7ml Calories 57 Protein 0.7g Carbs 0.77 Fat 5.97g

    Calories 486
    Carbs 37.34
    Protein 66.67
    Fat 7.46

    Just going to mix it altogether and cook in the pan can't be bothered with baking it and I will be boiling the sweet potatoes before adding the other stuff to it

    Does sound fvcking awful... but one helluva good power meal! Big thumbs up. Personally, i'd swap the flax for fish oil.

    id swap the tuna for chikn breast or lean ground beef just for flavor.. dont see any benefit to tuna specifically and it tastes like crap IMO unless u add alot of mayo which obviously u cant do..

    I was told that flax was the best because it had omega 3,6 and 9 and no other oil had all of them init that's what the nice lady in the health shop told me anyway

    And it's cheaper lol hard to find fish oil with all 3 init

    I sip a carb/protein powder during as well. You dish hits the number right if you can eat it....
