is my diet good enough to be on the road to building some sereous muscle along side using steroids etc ????
meal 1:
25g protein powder
8 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 large banana
half cup oats
table spoon natty PB
1/2 pint skimmed milk
meal 2:
250g extra lean mince beef
5 large boiled new potatoes
table spoon extra vigrin olive oil
meal 3: PWO
60g protein 33%whey 33% egg 33% soy
2 scoop raw oats
meal 4:
2 skinless chicken breasta
half cup brown basmati rice
red apple
meal 5:
180g tuna
5 large new potatoes
mixed veggies
meal 6:
25g protein powder
250-300g 2% fat cottage cheese
1 red apple
does this look a good diet
i also tend to drink alot of milk throughout the day inbetween meals as i am trying to bulk but keep it fairly lean hence not rediculous amount of carbs & eating every 2-3 hours.
what you guys think ????????? any suggestions and i would be very greatfull too !!!
