Hello! In your training goes well at the end take the right amount of carbohydrates from these supplements: Carboplus (Universal) or CarboX (Biotech USA) is a good idea? or it's better the cell-tech (Muscletech)?
thanks

You do NOT need any of these supplements at the end of your workout, regardless of how your workout went.
Get yourself a decent whey protein, put a scoop of it in your shaker, top it with 1/2 cup of oats (grounded oats will come in more handy) and 5gr of micronized creatine monohydrate.
You got yourself a PWO shake that includes everything you need and nothing you do not need.
This way, you are not robbed by hype-marketed and overpriced glossy supplements either.
Thanks!! But the carbo after the workout, it's not important for the muscle glycogen?
I don't speak english, so I did not realize what it was oats... Now i understand..
Oats or any other complex carb will do.
Sweet potato/potato/yam
beans/lentils
Quinoa
Rice
Cous Cous
Farina/Grits
Brown Pasta
Brown Bread
Just to name a few. Oats are my personal choice however. I enjoy them every day!![]()
so you guys dont find any benefit to taking faster acting carbs like dextrose pw? was thinking of buying some but I guess il stick to my oats much cheaper
If I take slices of bread/rusks is the same?
