test e Bottle #1 Seller claimed the previous injection holes are there because the rubber that was on it before was ripped and was leaking so he replaced it a used one that he used. Claims all needs where styrile before pinning the rubber.
The bottle read White Trash Gear and had 250 per/ml labeled on the bottle also a logo displaying gear inside before I ripped off the label to see the oil level was about right of 10ml's.

Is there suppose to be an oil separation? I've been googling for a while and can't find anything saying there's separation in pure test e. I think my dealer might have just put water in the vials to rip me off.

So, your dealer told you he had replaced a broken top with one thats been pinned and you bought it? srs?

Any dealer that replaces a broken rubber on a vial is obviously not a "dealer" for starts...

Besides the fact that it was leaking so there isnt going to be 10ml there..id seriously consider a new source lol
