Is 43 new?

Hello everyone. Nice to be part of the group and some info that I've read so far. I'm 43 y/o, 5'11" and 197. Enjoying the weight, but wanting to turn it into a machine now. Have always been on the lean side due to high metabolizism. Maybe the age has changed that. Like the former t.v. show, needing an extreme makeover and willing to learn from all of you.

Thanks everyone! BTW, you can find me just outside Denver, Colorado. Quick questions: tried to create a profile, do I need to await approval for such as stated in the box that pops up? Was looking for the "stickies" as suggested by Vetteman08 but couldn't find anything saying "stickies". Call me naive to forums, call me tired. But could use some help. I've read and acknowledge the rules; you all can count on compliance.
