Thanks soo much brah yeah so this year i went full on with my bulk and i effin hate cutting last year i was a shreded 7lb bf but weight 148 sadly this year i gained about 20 lb of solid muscle with some fat like i can still see most of the six pack its just the last 2 are sketchy and i dident want to lose my gains if i hoped on a termo but i dont want that excess fat thats why i want to cycle clen but yeah for my cutting diet im thinking about upping the protien to 220g and droping the carbs to 70g to 170g every other day like high and low carb day sound legit?
