    1st Time Clen Cycle......Advice/Sugestions would be great!

    Hey, so this is going to be my first cyle of clen and iv done some hw about the subject so i came up with a cycle
    1 week 20mcg and go up to 120mcg till 14 day
    off
    off
    thrid week 60mcg
    forth week 60mcg
    Done

    Stats: 5'9 168lb 15%bf age 20

    so my questions are:
    1) how is my cycle tweek it if nessicary
    2) how do i measure Mcg's
    3)If im getting from Ar-r how much should i get?
    4)any other things i should take with clen

    okay one other question if 30ml is 6000mcg rite so do i have to buy a syringe or dose the clen comes with one on ar-r

    so the diet is pretty legit heres the break down for the bulk

    Meal 1 - Protien shake, Whole grain bread and Casin
    Meal 2- Tuna with spinish salad and fish oil and a multi
    Meal 3- Chicken breast and Whole grain bread
    Meal 4- Protien Shake
    Meal 5- Cottage Cheese almonds and fish oil with whole grain wrap and grilled chicken
    Meal 6- Protien shake and casin before bed

    so my diet has been good and i have a cheat meal on either monday or saturday

    210 ish g of protien
    and 170g ish of Complex carbs

    you are silly, clen is overated. Its not even that effective, make sure you have a strict diet and perfect workout routine. Make sure you incorporate cardio but make sure its only a brisk walk before workout for a warmup and to get the heart rate kicking up.

    Do 2 week cycles and start like this...

    Day 1: 40mcg (use 20mcg if your scared lol, but i find 20mcg a waste)
    Day 2: 40mcg
    Day 3: 60mcg
    Day 4: 60 mcg
    Day 5: 80 mcg
    Day 6: 80 mcg
    Day 7: 100 mcg
    Day 8: 100 mcg
    Day 9: 120 mcg
    Day 10: 120 mcg
    Day 11: 120 mcg
    Day 12: 80 mcg
    Day 13: 60 mcg
    Day 14: 40 mcg

    ^ thats how I do my clen cycles, I have used clen A LOT! and its good for just hardening, I did have little strength gains here and there but at a point i went to 200mcg and my heart was going crazy i felt scared and nervous. When workout i lifted more than I could easily and pumped a lot more but had to take extremely long rests between sets as I felt my heart was going to blow up.

    Try adding some tribulus (herbs of gold) and some GNC Taurine (taurine reduces cramps from clen and aids digestion of fats - really good after big meals)
    Make sure you have a fair amount of water, no need for too much as with clen I really loved the dryness lean hard feeling when I was using it.

    Like bigswoll said DIET DIET DIET. Diet is the key, if you fail to plan your planning to fail...
    If you stick with a good diet you will be loving the results.

    REMEMBER!! Clen will not make u strip shit loads of weight, IT IS NOT A MAGIC PILL. You need diet with it and like i said incorporate some warm up (before workout) cardio - i.e 5 min walk at 6kph speed. Really got me a bit sweaty and pumped.

    And make sure you do the same after wards.
    Clen is most effective on a calorie deficit.

    Do you research before using, clen wont hit you that bad its pretty safe IMO if you respect it.


    Ar-r is 200mcg/ml so youll need a syringe to measure the dosage. After measurement simply take off the needle and just squirt it in your mouth. Im not too familiar with liquid clen, ive used powder, gel and tablets but am soon to use the liquid version.

    p.s dont ever say ish... with your macros, get a better diet, it looks OK but check out swole.me
    enter your height etc and it'll fix you up with a very basic idea on how your diet should look.

    Dont always eat the same exact foods every day, really does hurt people mentally, change it around make some new meals new ideas.

    Thanks soo much brah yeah so this year i went full on with my bulk and i effin hate cutting last year i was a shreded 7lb bf but weight 148 sadly this year i gained about 20 lb of solid muscle with some fat like i can still see most of the six pack its just the last 2 are sketchy and i dident want to lose my gains if i hoped on a termo but i dont want that excess fat thats why i want to cycle clen but yeah for my cutting diet im thinking about upping the protien to 220g and droping the carbs to 70g to 170g every other day like high and low carb day sound legit?

    one other thing idk exactly what bf im at but my guess is 13-15 range...

    Thats good, right now im 5"11, weight in at 180lbs sitting at 9/10% bf and am planning to do my first cycle of proper juice but still a bit young and researching. Like I said just keep researching, clen really got rid of my love handles and lower abdomen fat. For me I got addicted to it and its anti catabolic effect. But overuse of clen will weaken your immune system as it down regulates your beta receptors. To up regulate your beta receptors try taking some benadryl before bed.

    Do the example cycle 2 week on 2 week off or 2 week on and 1 week off (benadryl daily).
    Going to be my 6th cycle using clen was going to stack it with winstrol and test but dont want to use test atm or winstrol, still a bit young brah.

    Your doing good, but you need more meat, clen can be helpful while bulking as it has a nice fat burning affect and actually does have mild anabolic properties and MAY aid increase of lean body mass. So if your using clen just lean lean cut cut.
    It can be helpful here and there while bulking but itll be a waste of $ and waste of your body.

    What a lot of people tend to do is the cut till their shredded then add clean mass by strict dieting, thats for people that only know how to diet. Guys please correct my advice if im wrong, just talking on my personal experience.
