Depends on where you get it, I suppose. I use AR-R liquidex. It isn't delicious, but it is effective.

The AR-R stuff gets a bad rap on here as far as taste goes. It's probably one of the best tasting research chems.

i use the ar-r l-dex and it works as good as the pills and easier to dose. It taste fine to me

You could, but that'll just ruin a good shake. It's easier to take your liquidex than it was when you were a kid with a cold and your mother gave you robitussen.
