So i been looking to switch up my workout regimine mostly bc i have been stuck at the same for a long time. I bought a book off amazon ... what book u say well b4 i tell u that let me say i am a child of the 90s. The attitude era in wrestling was the best and hhh and shawn michaels were my favorite... so anyway im almost 28 now so i bought paul levesques (hhh) making the game book... Now its nothing crazy in it he talks about starting bb at a young age and throws ina few stories here or there but i have been doing the workouts described in there and they are decent. I have def notice a change . Has anyone else here read and or followed the workout plans?
