Hey everyone,
So im looking into gaining knowledge about the steroid market, and its affects from honest users, rather than the whole straight STEROIDS BAD campaign.
Little about me;
Was 300 lbs, and knocked myself down to 170, and im back up to 190 in good weight weight (muscle) added on over a year.
Eating wise, 2 chickens breasts, 6 eggs, 2 protein shakes, almonds, raw peanut butter, vegetable juice, 2 bananas is about what I consume a day, on a 2.5 hour basis.
Im looking to really start pumping up, especially my chest, where I lack most size (which I beleive will help some of the fllabby skin problems from losing so much.
Hope to learn quite a bit here.
