I have to say that I have gotten quite a bit of it (involuntarily - ptby, u bum
)
The choc and the strawberry are very tasty - they do leave a lump or two if you just stir with a spoon but they dont leave any nasty grit like so many do

I have and still use the PRO-RATED, like these guy's have said the taste is great and you just can't beat the price.

I tried the protein about two months ago and I absolutely love it. I have tried everything on the market form the cheap stuff to the very expensive. I can say I will continue to use this protein from here on out!! It digests well, tastes great, and mixes up great especially when mixed in a blender. I drink 2-3 shakes a day and give it a huge thumbs up!!
Buy it..You won't be disaapointed and the customer service is first rate!!

It's good stuff... I never mix with a spoon though - either use a shaker or mix up in a blender with a little ice... YUMBO!
