Hey everyone. Been a long time since I was on any of these kind of boards, but I hate to be a lurker, so here I am.
Basically Im just getting back into things, trying to collect good info so I can make smart decisions about my diet, training habits and cycles.
A new avenue I am looking to pursue is the homebrew, but Im completely ignorant on the subject, so I will do my best to research til my eyes bleed before I ask any stupid questions. If anyone has info theyd like to offer me, I will be more than grateful.
