Getting rid of unwanted body fat without losing muscle mass

I'm 22, 5"9 183 lb. I stay up with my cardio, at least 20 mins a day but I've been having trouble losing that extra bf. it started off great but now it's slowing down and I'm losing barley anything now. My diet is good. I was thinking bouts doin clen so I tried ephedrine first to see how it would workout and have had nothing but headaches since I started takin it. I discontinued it a few days ago and guessing clen would just have the same effect . Thinking about trying a fat burner but I was wondering what product would work great to get rid of unwanted bf and keep muscle size ?

Combination of a solid cutting diet and enough cardio is the best fat burning strategy.

Post your diet and we'll see whether it is a fat burner you need to get rid of the stubborn bit of fat you have there.

I think you should add more water. You need at minimum half your body wt in oz a day.

You should be drinking 4lt of water ED with your current BW.

Assuming that an adult sleeps 8 hrs a day, this refers to a glass every hour for you throughout the day.

I like lifting in the 8-12 range, supersets, short rest. I always have an elevated body temperature for several hours and this has helped me shed fat better than anything else. I can give you a routine if you are interested.

I started oxy pro about a month ago along with eating paleo and switching my training to something similar that was posted above, high intensity supersets, short rest to keep body temp elevated and heart rate up and down in intervals. The combination of the three over a month have yielded 15 pounds lost while increasing strength and definition. I'd definitely recommend it if you can still get it, from what I understand it was going to be taken off shelves.
