    Diet help please?

    Hey guys thanks for reading.
    By now I have a good understanding of types of foods to eat.
    My question is I am about to start my next cycle, goals are for lean gains only minimal to no fat weight.
    I know this question is dependent on the individual, and should be adjusted by measuring results but I need a starting point.
    How many cals would you suggest over Maintence was thinking from 200-500 clean.
    And what macro split would best suit my goals? 45p35c20f ?
    Stats are approx 185 10%bf 5.8" primed and ready to go, been on a fairly low carb diet for 8 weeks or so cutting at 500 cals below Maintence 50p30c20f.

    Cycle test e 250 pw 1-12
    Tren a 3-10 50-75mg Ed

    Any help is appretiated.

    Aus imo u should start 350-500cals above at 40/40/20 or 40/45/15 pro/carb/fat.. Since ur cycling and at 10% id go for it at 500above.. Keep an eye on bf and adjust accordingly.. When bulking some fat gain is bound to occur.. The key is to keep a good eye on it in order to minimize it..

    Carbs r ur friend while bulking.. Id at least have them at 40%

    Once u get ur diet figd out post it for review..
