You should worry about your 1st cycle which should be test only.
First id say drop the winnie, safer to run test only for your first cycle, and a good rule of thumb is time on cycle plus pct equals time off, so if its a ten week cycle you wait two weeks to start pct and pct is 4 weeks, that's a total of 16 weeks so you would wait 16 weeks before starting another cycle, you should post your stats and experience so we can better help you.
Ok Thanks! Is 500MG a week of Test a good doseage? The only reason I was wondering about my 2nd cycle was because my delivery time is a bout 2 months. Also what would be the stats you would need? Im about 2 weeks in but I can look bsck and see. Thanks again

Experience: my brother is a strength coach so I have worked out since the age of 13. Didnt really work out much for about 3 years but I have really been at it hard the last year. Played all sports in high school, had a chance to play some college Football. Most of my workouts have been for sports.
Training: Currently I am doing a circut training work out, 3 cycles, 6 lifts,10 reps each rest 30 secounds between lifts and rest 2 min after each cycle. Core workout and 30 mins cardio after every workout. I Alternating upper and Lower body with a mid week "break workout" of stretching and cardio.
Goals: Burn Fat and Gain muscle, i gained some extra pounds over the 3 years I didnt work out. I enjoy sports and working out and would like to get back or atleast close to my peak performance.
Diet: High Protein and Low fat. Egg whites Chicken Brest, Fish, Red Meat once a month. Lots of Veggetables mostly broccoli, colliflower, and green beans and Black beans. Fruit in the mornings.
How many weeks are you running your cycle for?
12 Weeks
Run Test E for 12 weeks at 500mg EW as for your first cycle.
You can either pin 500mg every 5 days or inject 250mg with a couple of days in between.
Your PCT will start 2 weeks after your last Test E injection.

Also I would be nice(but not necessary) to use HCG on cycle for the last 4-5 weeks @ 250iu 2x a week. Helps with recovery
