    Ronnie Coleman Series - Myo-blitz (semi review)

    I got given a free tub of this PWO so i thought id do a review on it. i did my chest & Tris session yesterday at 7pm and took 1 scoop (reccomended scoop but heard of people getting bette pumps with 2) with my Createin 30-40 mins before i started my session, felt a good pump benched an extra 10kgs (only 5 reps though), felt really good no nausia during my workout (unlike 1mr =.=" ) so that was a pluss as im use to taking 1mr.


    Its got a very unusual taste very hard to explain, kinda taste like shit but havent really met up with a PWO that actually taste good, when consuming it leaves a cooling feeling down your throat. Overall id rate the taste a 5/10 taste could be improved but can be avoided if you skull it :P

    ahaha na man not yet, i ordered my free sample of it lols hopefully ill get that flavour haha :P

    Try GAT pre workout it really helps me with my pumps when I work on legs. I'm only 5'7" 142lbs and in one week I went from squatting 325lbs to squatting 410lbs

    Please don't tell people that a supplement increased your squat max by 85 lbs in a week.

    I'm not saying it increased my max by 85lbs. I'm saying that it helped me with my pumps. Read my post right
