Very Serious Question about my vial of test

i broke my bottle on the bottom half...is my test still safe to use?...i used a small cotton ball as a filter to make sure no glass got in my first shot and changed the needle...i feel fine...also a little water was in the syringe from me suckin up saline water is that goin to react with the test?
