    yellow scorpion

    Wassup everybody! I was just wondering if anybody here has taken the Yellow Scorpion pills, and if so, how effective is it. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 209 pounds. I want to drop my bf percentage to at least 10% (right now it's 18%). I wanna shred up big time.

    Yes, I run 2 miles on the treadmill in the morning, and in the afternoon right after i lift weights, I run another 1.4 miles.
