For the american people. We all live in 1 country, yet laws can vary state to state. And you see alot of talk from like Ron Paul about leaving things up to the state. Why? Why should it be like 50 little countries with different laws. They are really imaginary made up lines and you may move 50 miles one way and the laws can vary alot to effect your life and the way you live. What is the point of this? If we live in 1 country shouldnt the laws be the same?

Another 4 years of obama and we'll all be under the rule of an out of control federal govt., it was intended to be the way it is to keep govt from becoming too powerful, "the people" can fight a state battle but we don't stand a snowballs chance in hell battling the federal govt.

There have always been individual states rights. And one should really look into those rights before moving to another state since as you pointed out can be so much different with their laws. It's almost like going to a foreign country and getting into trouble only to find out you don't have the same rights you do in your own country. Look no further than murder. In one state, a murder charge will bring life without parole, in another you might get 3-7 years. There are no standardized uniform laws. Good for the murderer, bad for the murdered.

The feds rule all, and it is getting worse.

Marijuana just got legalized to be prescribed here in AZ. . . . . Okay, talking to guy in the current MJ educational biz(the teach you how to grow). They get raided by the feds regularly. I told him he was full of shit since it is legal here in AZ. He said they get raided then all shit is released by the feds whenever they like. They just harass them regularly.


WTF is that, if it's legal - It's legal, or not. . . Like if it is legal in one State and not in another, word.
