getting away from eating every 2-3 hrs

I decided to start this thread as to not hijack the other one that is going on, but those of you that have gotten away from eating every 2-3 hrs, would you post up a sample of how and when you are eating your meals?

It is my belief that eating seven or eight meals a day is not necessary, but I still do it because it works for me. Maybe I would think differently if I was an elite athlete, but obviously I am not.

I look forward to seeing what others say.

Honestly, because of my tight schedual, i only get in 3 meals a day, but very big meals. I'm talking about 100 grams of protein and carbs each. I see no difference in terms of gaining from when i had time to split them into 6 meals. The only problem is, after such a big meal, obviously you will feel like your pregnant. But it does the job considering i have no time.

I have settled well into 6meals per day.. Am a bit hesitant to change but who knows id also like to note my hesitance comes from concern for being hungry NOT cuz i think eating less frequently will impAct my progress
