Not a fan of training chest and shoulders the same day, or even the next day as a matter of fact.
If you are hitting one of those muscle groups hard and heavy, there is no way you will be implementing the same for the second one in this split, unless without hurting yourself.
I hate this routine altogether BTW :/
Day 1 Chest/Bi
Day 2 Rest
Day 3 Back
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Shoulders/Tri
Day 6 Legs
Thats what I usually do
wheres day 7? haha and yeah i hate that routine too, its something my friend was given for a semi cutting phase, everything is like 15-6 rep range so its semi lighter than we are used to. he is being trained by a bodybuilding coach/bodybuilder...idk... i hate it because i feel like whenever i go to work something out its semi fatigued so i never get a good pump
