Thread: muscle grouping

    muscle grouping

    i always like to switch my routine up. sometimes ill do one group each day (arms count as one)
    but now i wanna switch it up, how does this sound?
    day1: chest shoulder
    day2: back triceps
    day 3: legs biceps
    day 4: chest shoulder
    day 5: back triceps

    Not a fan of training chest and shoulders the same day, or even the next day as a matter of fact.

    If you are hitting one of those muscle groups hard and heavy, there is no way you will be implementing the same for the second one in this split, unless without hurting yourself.

    I hate this routine altogether BTW :/

    Day 2 Rest
    Day 3 Back
    Day 4 Rest
    Day 5 Shoulders/Tri
    Day 6 Legs
    Thats what I usually do

    wheres day 7? haha and yeah i hate that routine too, its something my friend was given for a semi cutting phase, everything is like 15-6 rep range so its semi lighter than we are used to. he is being trained by a bodybuilding coach/bodybuilder...idk... i hate it because i feel like whenever i go to work something out its semi fatigued so i never get a good pump
