Ive really took my time with preparing weeks food and here it is. Lmao. Do you guys have any good recommendations for some more fat sources? I'm incorporating a lot of different nuts cause they are high in calories and require me to eat less and avocados but I'm looking for some more ideas!!! I need more calories but my macros look great besides that so I need high calorie low quantity good sources of carbs and fat to be honest. Any suggestions? FYI in the pic is almonds, brazil nuts, tilapia, chicken, flank steak, sweet potatoes galore, tuna, salmon, mixed veggie, chicken, and not pictured is avocados, oatmeal, and off course protein powder. Almost forgot Greek yogurt!
