    Is it true that steroids increase your recovery time??

    They reduce your recovery time. In other words, you could theoretically work a body part sooner.

    Thats good to hear. Would my gains be greater if I kept taking my post workout shake?

    but u still have to take rest days right? it doesnt make u a machine right?

    Well, you shouldn't even try AAS if you aren't eating right. It is more complicated than taking drugs, lifting all the time and drinking protein shakes. Your questions are very basic, so I would recommend doing a lot of reading before doing anything.

    You might want to post up stats like age, weight, height, body fat, years lifting.

    You definitely need to take rest days. A lot of guys here still only work their body once a week. Overtraining will keep you from making gains. You need to spend time sleeping and playing video games.

    good to know.. i felt tired and today. i spend my whole day today prestige ing in MW3 and sleep lol.

    I didn't say you didn't. If you haven't done reading in the nutrition section you may not know that "healthy" doesn't have much to do with growth. I am not busting your chops, just trying to help out. I have no idea what your knowledge level is...just trying to point you in the right direction and save you some of the headaches I had.
