    Please Help and Direct Me to a New Me

    Hi im a new male member and i am 23 i am 5'9" and weigh about 296 i am miserable with my weight i have dieted and exercised for the past year and have lost down from 338 to 296 and i have hit a wall i don't what to change i have thought about the insanity workout or the P90X Revolution???

    I am healthy but my conditioning could be better i have changed how i eat and i walk about 3 miles a day and workout every other day and i change it up daily from upper body to lower body to cardio.

    I have always been a big guy weighing around 225 all through jr. high to high school but my senior year(2007) i started putting on the weight and like others i have found it's easier to put em on than to take em off i wanna get back down to around 215 to 225 and then i want to start a cycle and possibly stack it.

    I have been told that Winnie V is a good anabolic steroid to take that would help shed pounds and also keep my muscle mass and gain more but im afraid that if i take it, all my fat will turn to muscle and i don't want to be a fat muscled up guy lol i want to be a thick and cut guy that isn't ashamed to take my shirt off and get a couple of looks you know what i mean.

    So any Help would be greatly appreciated like on what i can change or things i can do or take to help me reach my goal

    Whats going on.....I know many people get the feeling where all hope is lost and losing weight can't be done....But with a nice diet/exercise routine and some dedication it is completely the opposite.

    First off, losing weight comes down to one thing....How many calories you're taking in and how many you are burning....Secondly, when cutting weight the biggest issue is carb and fat intake...These are the two major issues one should focus on the most....

    Here is where I would put you at, Protein - 350 grams protein, Carbs 125 grams, fat 60 grams........That puts you at a daily caloric intake of 2440 calories a day...

    Protein coming from lean meats - Chicken breast, ground turkey, fish (Orange Roughy, Tilapia), egg whites, extra lean beef (Top Round) etc etc.

    Carbs coming from complex carbs - Oats, rice, yams, whole wheat bread, etc etc..

    Fats should be coming from your meats that you are consuming to get your protein...If you take in anymore fats make sure they are essential fatty acids, Like an omega 3,6,9 oil blend...

    Carbs should eaten ONLY in the morning with breakfast, pre-wokout, and post-workout...Any other carbs consumed wihtin in the day should only be fibrous carbs (Veggies)...

    Also, get in as much cardio if possible...2 a days if you can. Once in the morning FASTED before breakfast and in the evening before bed.

    Try the best you can to make a diet plan based on this caloric intake with the foods mentioned above and you will be on your way to losing weight....

    What does your diet look like now?

    I wouldn't even think about Winnie or any AAS until you can get your diet in check and your BF% down.

    Further more, I wouldn't even be thinking about any anabolic steroids at this moment. Focus on getting your diet perfected and training in check. Weight loss as we all know isn't an overnight process. It takes hard work and dedication but the biggest thing is sticking to a plan and doing it day in and day out...People get too disapointed to fast and then don't stick it out long enough.

    But I put my life on it, if you stick to a diet plan that puts you at a caloric deficit everyday....It is physicaly impossible not to lose weight! So just stay positive and stick to your diet and you will be where you want to be before you know it

    Just checkin back in with you....Do you know how to put a diet plan together using macros?? Personally I like eating 5-6 meals a day. I would try breaking down the macros into 5-6 meals.....I can help if you don't get it

    sup bro. welcome when i first started my diet i was just like you. i was 300 lbs.all i did was take out soda,juice, and replaced all white bread with brown bread. doing that only i got down to 250 and it just made me want more. i told myself all i wanted was to get down to 200 lbs but it wasin't enough. i love to exercise and lift weights its just a part of my life now. im no expert but i know what its like to be in your shoes.

    good luck i hope you do well. these guys here are very helpful you will be fine if you follow there advice
