I am healthy but my conditioning could be better i have changed how i eat and i walk about 3 miles a day and workout every other day and i change it up daily from upper body to lower body to cardio.
I have always been a big guy weighing around 225 all through jr. high to high school but my senior year(2007) i started putting on the weight and like others i have found it's easier to put em on than to take em off i wanna get back down to around 215 to 225 and then i want to start a cycle and possibly stack it.
I have been told that Winnie V is a good anabolic steroid to take that would help shed pounds and also keep my muscle mass and gain more but im afraid that if i take it, all my fat will turn to muscle and i don't want to be a fat muscled up guy lol i want to be a thick and cut guy that isn't ashamed to take my shirt off and get a couple of looks you know what i mean.
So any Help would be greatly appreciated like on what i can change or things i can do or take to help me reach my goal
