    mate there is plenty of info on this, just run a google search..your will find log after log all the info you want
    ive ran it twice at 30mged for 4 weeks. gained alot but usual ph crap gains not much solid muscle mainly bloat,
    ph's are terrible stay away from them. superdrol is one of the harsher ones on your liver too.

    Excellent results but horrible sides. Back pumps comparable to human torture, high blood pressure and bloody noses, screws up HDL cholesterol badly, lethargy, appetite loss. I'm never touching it again
