    Cycling and shin splints

I always develop shin splints during my cycle. I'd like to not run, but that's not really an option as my job requires physical training and running is part of that.

I'm planning on running another cycle in 8weeks from now and I'm interested in what can be done about preventing the shinsplints. For anyone who has done cycles before and gotten shin splints: Have you ever ran PHs? Would a hdrol 4 week cycle (looking for hardness with cutting properties) help with alleviating the increased "shin splint"/Shin pump?

    Thanks in advance gentlemen.

(appologize for the short post. I have >25 posts so I can post some information)

I used to get these, even when not in cycle, upping my water intake helped a lot...i think you should look into drinking more water
