I seemed to get good growth from them but have caused me shoulder issues so havnt done them in a year or so.
I've been doing them some, not sure if it's developing my chest anymore then regular bench or incline. A guy at the gym told me it stressful on shoulder.

i actually tore my pec a few years ago and dont really like flat benching anymore but iv found guillotine presses are ok for me and they stretch my upper pecs good. everyone is different tho
