Hey guys I'm starting back up on the gym tip (been on and off last few months) and just sat down and re-did my diet, just looking for a few opinions on any adjustments I should or shouldn't make.
Age: 24
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 195lbs
Goal: 175-180lbs
TDEE: 3100 (moderately Active) but adjusted -600 kcal for my diet (so around 2500 calories a day to cut)
I will be working out 5 - 6 times a week performing cardio a minimum of 3 days a week (30 - 45 minutes). I'll post the work out as soon as I have it ready (taking the week to adjust it to my liking). Its in a 40/40/20 split (kinda) [Cal/ Carbs/ Protein/ Fat]
