    New Cutting Diet (Opinions Please)

    Hey guys I'm starting back up on the gym tip (been on and off last few months) and just sat down and re-did my diet, just looking for a few opinions on any adjustments I should or shouldn't make.

    Age: 24
    Height: 5' 9"
    Weight: 195lbs
    Goal: 175-180lbs
    TDEE: 3100 (moderately Active) but adjusted -600 kcal for my diet (so around 2500 calories a day to cut)

    I will be working out 5 - 6 times a week performing cardio a minimum of 3 days a week (30 - 45 minutes). I'll post the work out as soon as I have it ready (taking the week to adjust it to my liking). Its in a 40/40/20 split (kinda) [Cal/ Carbs/ Protein/ Fat]

    Breakfast
    Egg Whites (Scrambled) 4 Large Eggs 222 0 18 15
    Oatmeal (Uncooked) 1 Cup 300 54 10 5
    Regular Egg (Scrambled) 1 Large Egg 74 0 6 5

    Mid-Morning Meal
    Isopure Protein Shake 2 scoops (12 fl oz) 210 0 50 1
    Pineapple 1 Cup 74 20 2 0

    Lunch
    Chicken Breast (Skinless) 7 oz 300 0 56 6
    Brown Rice (Cooked) 1 Cup 218 46 5 2
    Spinach (Fresh) 5 oz 32.5 5 4 0.5

    Mid-Day Meal
    Tilapia Filet 3.5 oz 128 0 19 11
    Whole Wheat Spagetti 2 oz 198 40 8 1
    Lentils (Cooked) 1/2 cup 115 20 9 0.5

    Dinner
    Chicken Breast (Skinless) 3.5 oz 150 0 28 3

    Post-Workout Meal

    Totals 2445.5 calories 228 carbs 276 protein 52.5 fat

    I suspect your cals are too high. I used 2100-2200 cals to get to 170 sub 10%.

    What is your bodyfat%?

    Im in the 20% range but ill upload a picture in a hour or so
