    Top 3 things when shopping

When your out getting your groceries what would you say are the 3 most important things you look at for each your protiens, carbs, and fats. I know this is hard to really narrow it down because theres so many questions that need to be asnwered first but keeping it simple.

I get the same thing every week. 10 pounds frozen chicken breasts. 4 pounds frozen fish. 12 cups egg whites. Eggs (maybe a dozen every two weeks). Tub of low-fat cottage cheese.

I have found products I like and stick with them. So, I really don't look for anything any more. It has become ritual.

    Proteins:
    Chicken
    Fish
    Cottage Cheese
(more, but you asked for 3)

    Carbs:
    Oats
    Potatoes
    Oats (yes, I love oats)

    Fats:
Natty PB is the only fat I purposely consume other than fish oil, only because it's a guilty pleasure. Other than that, I get plenty of fats in my diet by default from beef, etc.

    Proteins -
    Chicken Breast
    Egg Whites
    Tuna cans

    Carbs -
    Oats
    Brown Rice

    Fats -
    Pistachios
    EVOO

    Veggies -
    Broc
    Asparagus

I keep it simple, always get 2 massive things of fresh chicken breast, when I get home put one in the freezer and one in the fridge. By the time I go to the store again I just alternate the one in the freezer. I tried to buy veggies in bulk but towards the end I had some asparagus go bad so i'm usually running to the store every 3-4 days for fresh veggies.

Get the same things every time in the same store, I know exactly where everything is and shopping takes me about 2mins haha.

Yeah, it's looking that way. I'm actually about to go to Sams and stock up to start my bulking journey. Could you give me an estimate as to how much you spend on purely food?

Im kind of suprised I didnt see more red meats listed. I know white meats are thr leanest but IMO when it comes to adding size you need to have red meats. The lean hamburger is great but what about lean cuts of steak like a sirloin? Thry aint that expensive guys and its a great way to treat yourself for a good week of dieting. I think its safe to say most people on here are very commited to staying lean. I suppose kangaroo was listed but sorry mate Im a westerner ha ha. How does that taste by the way? Also have you guys ever had emu? Tastes amazing and if you have a farm near you really aint that expensive plus its very lean, oh and venison.

Kangaroo Meat gets the thumbs up on a wide variety of nutrition fronts. It's a terrific source of high-quality protein, low in total fat (with less than 2% fat), low in saturated fat and a source of heart-friendly omega-3's. What's more, it's a particularly rich source iron and zinc, plus an important source of several B-group vitamins, namely riboflavin, niacin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12.

    I love Roo!! Tasty as.

I know exactly what ya mean bro. Be careful with taking that I have had experie ces where I have blacked out and went driving. Then another time I was moving and I was finished for the day took my ambien thought I went to bed but I guess I went back to packing. I wentout and moved my truck and smashed into a parked car. Luckily no injuries to anyone and the cops just thought I fell asleep from exhaustion from pwcking. I had no idea these experiences were even happening until people would tell me. Ha! Thanks for the warning. So far I have just passed out with no incidents, but I get punchy during the 20 minutes it takes to fall asleep. I should not be operating machinery, or the Internet during that time.
