can anyone help me out, i been on a test prop cycle for 10 weeks,any ideas how i can get some arimidex or clomid as i cant get any off my source, im in australia

Try ar-r? And adex is ran as an AI not PCT. And I'd suggest clomid and nolva for PCT..

Clomid and Nolva is the most common discussed PCT yes. Unfortunately it's against forum rules to post sources.

a tip for the future would be to get everything in one go. if you cannot get everything the first time, rather wait until you can. I will never buy my gear without my PCT. I like to have it ready and waiting rather than having to worry to get some right before I have to start.
