I make about 3-4 days of extra lean ground turkey & brown rice. Those are my basis for all my meals. I'll usually throw in with eggs, egg whites, spaghetti squash, bean burger, soy meat, or any Morningstar soy product.

As for my protein shakes, I usually have 3-4 a day.
    Whey protein
    2/3 cup of oatmeal
    2 cups water
    Vitamin c pack
    Creatine
    Tblspn of Fish oil 3 6 9
    Strawberries or bananas

    I sometimes add...
    Eggs/egg whites
    Organic peanut butter
    1/2 cup of milk
