I want to cut , I workout for MMA, Quite a demanding sport in regards to fitness, I am very athletic looking. Only problem is I have a bit of belly fat in the mid section. I want to get rid of belly fat and abviosly cut to look even more athletic.
Im looking for some input in regards to a cutting diet. My goal is to lower body fat and after that interested in doing a little cycle!!
