This probably isnt conventional or even possible for most people, but I thought it was cool and creative
I was walking around, sitting, patroling and doing the usual at work (I work security, 3rd shift). Its almost always quiet and boring but I work LOONG hours... 12, 16, sometimes 18 hour shifts. So as you can imagine, during the time of those long shifts, I dont really get to workout. I just work and go home to sleep.
My nutrition stays pretty good cuz eating is one thing I can still do ne time I want while working my hours.
So ne way, Im sitting there, and suddenly it hits me, "why am I sitting here?! I can workout!"
This is what I came up with.
Pushups - 3x15
Chair curls - 3x12 (using a steel chair, not a folding one, a solid steel office chair)
Chair pushups - 3x12 (feet in chair)
Reverse chair pushups - 5x15 (hands in chair, back straight, like standing pushup)
Booth Shrugs - 5x12 (literally in the restaurant/break area, turned, back to table of booth, palms facing back, grabbed it and shrugged)
Crunches - One set to failure
Chair dips - 3x10 (pulled 2 chairs over, backs to me, used bodyweight to dip)
Chair dips - 3x12 (hands in seat, feet out infront)
Then waited about 10 mins, jogged 2 patrols (2 miles)
Not bad for a makeshift office workout huh?
Lemme Know what you guys think.
