I will be starting my cycle in a week or so i will be running 400 deca ew and 600 test E ew and would like to know how much milk thistle would be appropriate to take daily? i have 1000mg pills i didnt want to take too few or over kill it.. thanks guys!

Way to young to do a cycle mate, and is this your first cycle ? if so deca is not the way to go and you dont have to run you test e that high either , have you looked into running a AI through your cycle?What is your PCT ? and when would you start you PCT ? you are asking about liver protection are you running an oral ? If I was you I would put a hold on your cycle until you get a bit more of an eduction and wait until your 24 at least

Didn't see the age, good point. If you're asking to take liver support with no oral's you have a lot more reading to do. Not to mention your only 21.

The answer to your question is no you would only take milk thistle if you are running a oral through your cycle ,you are not ready for this cycle if you are asking a simple question like this, you havent answered my questions , you say your running a AI what are you going to take ? how often ? at what dose ?and what is your proper PCT ? when are you going to start this PCT ? and I still say you are to young to start a cycle ,you would have did some research into the damage you could do to yourself yes
