dont expect Test-like results. You gain about 5-7lbs of hard dry muscle. Doesnt make you bloat too much. Increases endurance. Your not gonna put on 10-15 lbs or your lifts are gonna go up 30-40lbs. I'm 33 now, married with a 4 month old baby. I dont go for the bodybuilder look anymore. I also live in Istanbul, not alotta competition walking around on the street. So for me juice like Tbol and Var are ideal. I just dont wanna deal with heavy sides, a long pct, and hiding pins from the wifey. It all depends on what you want from your cycle.
