I will be beginning me cycle at the end of the month and will post before and after pics! Im running it like this..
Week 1-14 TestE 500mg ew
Week 1-12 Deca 300mg ew
Week 1-14 arimidex .25 ed
Week 15-17 Clomid and novidex Not sure on doses yet but am ordering them this week.

12% bf wil be 10 before i start.
I have enough for 600 a week test and 400 a week deca but not sure if thats too much i have seen 50/50 think so. I ran 500 ew last cycle 4 months ago test and 250 deca.
8:30 am Breakfast ill have a cup of oats, 6 egg whites and two whole eggs. maybe bannana.
10:30 Shake 50 grams Whey
1 P.M One or two chicken breasts some veggies
3 p.m. Chicken or steak and a sweet potato
6 p.m. Shake 50 grams whey and Nuts maybe meat depending on appitite.
Last meal Egg whites, whole eggs, fruit.
Ill be using supplements- creatine/glutamine/pre workout/ omegas/ multi..ect I want my protein from whole foods as much as possible i have mass gainer if i cant get my 4000 cals in that day for backup also. I will be very strict i will be drinkng minimum and be lifting 5 days a week with little cardio. I want mass then ill cut. Thats not my exact diet.. it will depend on when i lift, just an idea ill swtich it up as i go.
