    New

    Hello everyone

    Just joined this month I am 29 years old I am 5 11 and weigh 187 I have been lifting for ten years off and on. I have done one cycle that consisted of deca and test cyp, it was very successful I manged to put on about 23 pounds. I look forward to learning as much as I can from all the knowledgeable people here.
